You can buy an extension by signing up for a subscription.

2) Click on an extension which you've been looking for / interested in, for example allArticleAnnounce
3) Select the duration of your initial subscription on this extension page
4) Click the PayPal image to be directed to PayPal to pay for your extension
5) Once paid, you must click the link at the bottom of the PayPal page to activate your subscription, and be redirected back to the extension page, where you can find a download link where the PayPal image was. You can alternatively find your download link under the Extension Download menu.
