Site registration allows you to join our online support community. By registering you gain access to our forum and ticket system, as well as our newsletter. Additionally, you will be part of a much larger group of people who are also keen on seeing Joomla! prosper.

Purchasing a subscription provides you with free updates, and is limited to a single website per subscription. Keeping in mind that the team that wrote the software are also very keen to get their name up in lights, any feedback we receive is enthusiastically chanelled into improving existing extensions and making those improvements available to you.

Great Support

Support is offered to any registered user. However, people with active subscriptions receive priority over those without a subscription. The subscriptions are priced to be very affordable and funds that they generate are put into product support and future development.

Direct Assistance

Registered Joomtraders users have access to our team of developers through the forum or our ticket system. We are activly committed to addressing any questions or problems that arise.

Subscription Based

All our extensions are offered using a subscription model. Each extension or template is offered with a full version of the product for use on one site. The subscription allows full access to any extension or template updates for the duration of the subscription.

Active Forum

The support forum is open to anyone who is a registered user. It is both a monitored forum by joomtraders staff and a community based forum. We also have several staff whose primary role is to service the forums. It provides an excellent place to both share and gain knowledge.

Ticket System

Registered members have access to our ticket system which allows them to get personal attention for any questions they may have. Tickets are a great way of tracking and working through specific problems or other issues. The ticket system lets users track thier issue from start to finish without losing any history of the issue in the process.

Download Access

Downloads are available during the duration of your subscriptions. This includes access to any updated versions that are released during the subscription period. We are committed to continuing to refine and improve our extensions and templates whilst there are active subscribers and whilst there is a need to do so.

Documentation

Joomtraders extensions come with detailed installation and usage documentation. Written with consistent style and numerous screen shots, the documentation is easy to read and follow.
