allArticleAnnounce 1.6.2 - fine tune for slow hosts

allArticleAnnounce has been updated to version 1.6.2, with an added function to fine tune the extension to work on slower hosts.

Some users have previously been reporting a blank screen when trying to set up Twitter. When testing the user's site, we found that the problem was caused by the host not responding quick enough when configuring Twitter and / or Facebook, with the host responding in around 7000ms (70 seconds, instead of under 30). We have added a timeout field in the component parameters window, so users can fine tune the time required.

Existing users should have no need to update, unless having this issue on initial configuration.

allArticleAnnounce empowers users with the ability of tapping into two of the Internet’s most powerful social media websites, Facebook and Twitter. Cut down on double handling by publishing content across three separate websites with a single click. By cross linking content across multiple websites and creating a social community, websites can expect to improve their search engine optimisation and their following.
