As a company we decided that it was time to not only make use of Joomla!, but also to start to contribute back to the wider community. Joomtraders is one of our efforts to try to do that. We are currently planning and developing extensions and templates that we believe will help Joomla! users everywhere.

I guess one of the strengths of being in business is the abilty to use your own team

to create something or make something happen. At the same time one of the percieved weaknesses is the price that has to be covered when employing quality developers to work on something like this. We are trying and will keep trying to make this process provide value for those who use us as a service.

Whilst still a very new Joomla! sub-community, we are very much aware that Joomla! is successful due to feedback and direction from the community. We don't want that to be any different here and so we invite you to let us know your ideas for what you think we should be working on. Whilst every idea is valuable, not every one will be worked on, however many will and just like the broader Joomla! community, your suggestions will help shape our future too.

Over the next few months we are aiming to provide members with new templates and extensions on a regular basis. We are pleased that you have joined us and look forward to sharing this journey towards plentiful Joomla! extensions with you.
