We are nearly at the end of our extended discount period for our subscriptions. Over this time we have seen many people take advantage of the low prices to get extensions for a seriously discounted price. We have also released a further four extensions during this time which has brought our tally up to seven publically available. We are pleased to be able to let you know that more are coming in the near future.

Since our extensions have been listed on the Joomla! extension directory, we have received a lot of extra attention and feedback. The feedback has been greatly useful in refining and improving the extensions and we invite you to give us more.

So far much of the feedback has been feature requests to enhance existing products and this has helped products like allArticleAnnounce grow and become a more diverse and polished product. It is fair to say that compared to the initial extension that was released, the latest version has much more functionality. Those who purchased subscriptions are able to access the latest versions without further charge. We also received a lot of feedback about allChimp, both from the Joomtraders forums and ticket system, and from MailChimp themselves. We have made a concerted effort to address any requests through forum support, direct correspondence and through making changes to enhance the code.

Joomtraders latest releases are interesting. allMembersRecord is a great solution for clubs who want to track and receive payments from thier membership pool online. It isn't overly complex but it does replace a very commonly used paper or spreadsheet based system by automating the process for a website. Another recent release, allTop5 is a polls extension. The beauty of this one is that it allows users to add thier own feedback to one or more polls and the feedback becomes a valid user option for further voters to choose. Ultimately it is a poll that accepts that often users want to choose or say something different to what we would typically let them.

There are several extensions in the pipeline which allow far greater flexibility with Google (allGoogleXMLSitemap and allGoogleXMLNewsMap) and social networking (twitter, facebook and plerk) sites. They are clever and useful and we expect them to be of great value. It is also worth noting that our extensions do go through an audit process from the Joomla! extensions staff prior to being placed on the extensions directory. This can take some time so it is worth checking our extensions page for a complete list of extensions as not everything is showing on the Joomla! extensions directory yet.

We are also pleased to announce that just as the end of our hot Adealide summer is approching rapidly, so is the release of our first templates. We have all been eagerly and sometimes impatiently waiting for them but I have been assured it is about to happen. We are all very excited about this and it has been a lot of concerted effort to get it this far. We are confident that there are exciting days ahead.
