- The Customer acknowledges that no promise, representation, warranty or undertaking has been made or given by Alltraders or any person or company on Alltraders’ behalf in relation to the profitability or any other consequences or benefits to be obtained from the delivery or use of the Software or as to its merchantability or fitness for any purpose or purposes whatsoever and the Customer has relied upon the Customer's own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire the Software for use by the Customer and the Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified Alltraders against all actions, costs, expenses, charges, claims or demands whatsoever whether at law or in equity which may arise out of the use by the Customer of the Software excepting always the rights conferred on the Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
- Alltraders will not be responsible for a failure to supply, perform or deliver, Software and Services in the event of any fact, circumstance, matter or thing beyond the reasonable control of Alltraders and shall be relieved of that obligation to the extent, and for the period, that it is unable to supply or perform the Services or deliver the Software.
- To the fullest extent permissible by the law applicable to this Agreement, Alltraders will not be liable for any personal injury, incidental damages, consequential losses, loss of profit or any like claims whatsoever arising from any use of, or incidental to, the Software. Without limiting this clause or any other clause in this Agreement, Alltraders will not be liable for any personal injury, incidental damages, consequential losses, loss of profit or any like claims whatsoever arising from or incidental to the use of the Software by the Customer.
- Unless otherwise specified, Joomtraders do not provide support for any third party extensions. All Joomtraders extensions, components, plugins and modules are designed and developed to work with the core Joomla! functionality. As such, Joomtraders cannot guarantee that our extensions will be compatible with any third party extension.
Joomtraders will not be responsible for any incompatibility encountered during the installation or use of our extensions in conjunction with a third party product or extension. In any case of any incompatibility, should Joomtraders be unable to rectify the issue, the client is recommended to contact the third party regarding incompatibility with core Joomla functions.
